The Swedish Bioenergy Association, the Swedish Pellets Association, Bioenergy International and Bioenergi extend a warm invitation to participants for the Nordic Pellets Conference 2025.
The first day starts off with engaging study visits, followed by enlightening presentations in the afternoon, concluding with a networking reception and dinner in the evening. The second day will be no less insightful, with presentations and panels on the topic of industry and heating, sourcing, storage, and trade, and pellets use in the residential sector.

Outlook on the global wood pellet markets, Rachael Levinson, Associate Director, Hawkins Wright. Rachel is a co-author to the quarterly Outlook for Wood Pellets service. She is also a regular contributor to other multi-client and consultancy projects, covering all regions. She will give an updated outlook on the global wood pellets market.
Manolis Karampinis, Business Development & Membership Director, Bioenergy Europe.
EU Policy development and the implications on the wood pellets market, Manolis Karampinis, manager for European Pellet Council and director, membership & business development dept. at Bioenergy Europe. Manolis will give a presentation of the latest development in EU policy and how it is affecting the pellets sector. He will also give an update on actions in European Pellets Council.
Gunilla Petterson, site manager, Moelven Pellets.
Experience of commissioning and operating a new and innovative pellet plant – integrated with a sawmill, Gunilla Petterson, site manager, Moelven Pellets. Gunilla started as a plant manager one year ago, but has 13 years of experience in manufacturing industries, including chemicals, explosives, and the steel industry. She has expertise primarily in product development, HR, quality, health, environment and safety, as well as production and continuous improvement. She will share her experience and views of operating a pellets plant with you.

Pellets market development in Sweden, Daniel Andoff, chairperson, Swedish Pellets Association. Daniel Andoff is also CEO of Scandbio, the largest pellets producer in Sweden, recently acquired by German LEAG. Daniel will give an overview of the latest development on the market for production and use of pellets in Sweden.
